Healthy Movers and Walk & Talk

We would like to invite you to Healthy Movers and Walk & Talk, two free summer activity groups, designed by HS Lambeth & HS Southwark to promote physical and mental health, and encourage families to meet other local parents and children. Both groups are open to the entire family with at least one child under 5 years old.

Healthy Movers (Ruskin Park)
Weekly activity sessions, on Wednesdays (27th July; 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st August) at 10:30am in Ruskin Park (SE24 0AA). Led by HS Southwark, the group will promote physical movement and engage families in fun outdoor games and activities. HS Southwark will offer free refreshments and giveaway every session.
Walk and talk
Weekly walking group, on Thursdays morning at different locations across Lambeth and Southwark. Led by HS Lambeth, the walks will incorporate local fruit trees & other foraging opportunities. To attend this group, walkers will need to join a WhatsApp group, where they will receive more information and share ideas of where to go next.
