Family Support Coordinator

Salary: £31-33k depending on experience

Contract type: 18 months fixed term

Hours of work: 36 hours per week

This is an exciting role where you will be able to work closely with our volunteers to deliver professional peer support for struggling families. You will also work directly with some families with a range of complex needs to support them to achieve the best outcomes they can. We support families from pregnancy through to age five.
